Recent Changes
This section lists newly approved legislation and recent additions to the website.
'Recent Changes' is organised into two sub-categories:
- Legal Resources is updated monthly to inform the user of laws recently registered on the records of the Island and ordinances approved by the States of Deliberation. Where possible, this legislation, which is presented in list form, is hyper-linked to electronic copies of the text elsewhere on the site. This section will also inform Users when new Practice Directions and recent Judgments have been published on the site.
- Website Additions is a record of changes made to the website; usually informing of older legislation which has been loaded. Typically, newer legislation will be loaded sooner (ie. 1986 laws will be added before 1985 ones).
