Guernsey Legal Resources - new content management system
Dear User,
Guernsey Legal Resources website has now been transferred to its new content management platform onto a new system. There will be a short period where some of the content will be migrated into their multiple subject areas. In the event that the legislation you require is not listed in the section where you would usually expect to find it, we advise you to use the site search engine which will generate the required result.
With the new platform we will in due course be able to make enhancements to the site which will result in a better user experience.
The move to the new platform does mean that anybody currently registered to access the unreported judgments will need to re-register. However, the registration process is much improved and quicker than was previously the case.
In the coming month we will be adding more Unreported Judgments and Consolidated Legislation. However, please note that there will be some delay in publishing Part 2 of the Guernsey Law Reports 2011/12. This will only be available in printed form for the time being, but we aim to publish it online as soon as possible.
