UK Statutory Instruments
There are a number of UK Statutory Instruments that extend the provisions of certain Acts of Parliament and other UK legislation to the Bailiwick with appropriate modifications. In addition there are a few UK Statutory instruments that have direct effect in the Bailiwick. Examples of UK legislation extended by way of U.K. Statutory Instrument and U.K. Statutory Instruments having direct effect are most commonly found in respect of matters relating to Civil Aviation, Wireless Telegraphy, United Nations sanctions, and immigration, although there are others.
In order to help users find the relevant content, relevant Statutory Instruments have been divided according to the year of publication.
